Katzine Three is here!

Katzine Three is here!

I’ve made it to my third issue, and I’m really excited about this one!

As this issue is a tiny bit late I’ve decided to skip doing pre-orders altogether and just put issue 3 straight on sale. I should have my copies delivered in a few days time so I’ll be able to dispatch orders by the end of next week at the latest!

Katzine3

This issue tells the story of the time I spent living in a tent in the Netherlands, there’s a travel diary from my trip to Skye in the spring and there are some tributes to mountains around the world that I’ve visited and loved. There’s also a short story that’s a little bit of a departure for me, and I look forward to using Katzine to push myself even further into new directions in future issues.

Buy issue three here if you’re on etsy, or here via Big Cartel if you want to be able to order without signing up to etsy.

Don’t forget I offer annual Katzine subscriptions which can begin with any issue – you get 20% off and comics through your letterbox four times a year! I also offer a two-issue bundle option so you can save a couple of pounds if you order any two issues at once. Have a look in my shops for more information.

I also must mention a Kickstarter anthology project that I’m involved with. Kripa Joshi is a comic artist and a friend of mine and was in Nepal with her baby this spring when the earthquake happened. She’s set up this Kickstarter to raise money to help children in Nepal who were affected by the earthquake. She only has 12 days left to meet her target or this project won’t happen, so please take a look at the site and consider backing it:

32 artists got together and created work for an anthology on the theme of ‘Home’. My piece was about home as a feeling between people, and the original drawing is also up for grabs as part of the Kickstarter campaign.

I think the anthology will be a really interesting read, and it would be a shame if it didn’t reach its target. Even small amounts help if enough people chip in, so please help out if you can!
